The UR-9AH of General Electric Multilin is a CPU module used for installation in the general relay series.It provides relay protection components by providing logic algorithms,logic gates,timers,and latches.The CPU module can also be connected to other modules within the relay(such as CT/VT modules)to help determine the parameters collected by the modules.It should be noted that the new CT/VT module must be used together with the new CT/VT,while the old CT/VT module must be used together with the old CPU module.Users who do not correctly match these factors will receive DSP error or hardware mismatch information from the system.The CPU module does not require a grounding surge connection.
