NI PXI-6527 is a 48 bit parallel isolated digital I/O interface module.It has 24 digital inputs and 24 digital switch outputs,completely jumper free.This device can sense digital levels up to 28 VDC and switch currents up to 120 mA.

The inter channel isolation of input and output in PXI-6527 can reduce noise,protect your system,and disconnect the grounding loop.

NI PXI-6527(part number:777802-01)is a 48 bit isolated digital I/O module.This module provides 24 solid-state relay digital outputs and 24 optically isolated digital inputs.With this model,users can switch currents up to 120 mA and sense a digital level of 28 VDC.PXI-6527 runs on Windows 2000/NT/XP and is fully compatible with various software programs,including LabVIEW,Lab Windows/CVI,and Measurement Studio.This device is a parallel DIO interface with channel to channel isolated I/O to reduce noise,protect user systems,and disconnect grounding loops.

NI PXI-6527 tends to read external logic at both TTL and non TTL levels.Each of its 24 input channels has a pair of differential isolation terminals for the signal and its reference.Its maximum input current is 1.5mA per channel at 5 V and 8 mA per channel at 24 V.The potential difference between the two terminals of the PXI-6527 register is considered high logic within the range of 2 VDC to 28 VDC.On the other hand,this module considers the logic low level between 0 V and 1 V.The input of this module provides 60 VDC isolation between the PC and the channel.

This digital I/O module can generate messages for one or more user selected input row changes(from high to low,from low to high,or both).Once the status changes,NI-DAQ can read the status of other input lines,perform other user programmed operations,or set outputs.The 24 solid-state relay outputs on NI PXI-6527 can switch external devices with devices that need to control TTL digital logic levels,non TTL levels,and high input currents.This device is equipped with a 100 pin keyed female cable connector+The maximum power requirement is 500 mA at 5 VDC.The physical size of the NI device is 6.3 x 3.9 inches.Its recommended working temperature range is 0 to 50°C,and the storage temperature range is-20 to 70°C.
