PM866AK02 is a high-performance redundant processor unit with high reliability and security.It supports CPU redundancy and can automatically switch to a backup CPU in the event of a main CPU failure,ensuring continuous system operation.In addition,it also provides rich interfaces and functions to facilitate user configuration and maintenance.

PM866AK02 is a compact control unit that adopts a modular design,making it convenient for users to expand and upgrade.It has a built-in microprocessor and RAM memory,with high-speed data processing capabilities and large storage capacity.At the same time,it also supports multiple communication protocols and interface standards,which can seamlessly connect with various devices and systems.

The CPU board includes a microprocessor and RAM memory,a real-time clock,LED indicators,input buttons,and a compressed flash interface.

The substrate of the p-866/pm866A controller used to connect to the control network has two RJ45 Ethernet ports(cn1,cn2)and two RJ45 serial ports(cm3,cm4).One of the serial ports(CM3)is an RS-232-2 port with a modem control signal,while the other port(CM4)is isolated and used to connect configuration tools.The controller supports CPU redundancy to improve availability(CPU,CexBUS,communication interface,and S800 I/O).

Simple DIN rail connection/detachment program,using unique sliding and locking mechanisms.All substrates provide a unique Ethernet address that provides hardware identification for each CPU.The address can be found on the Ethernet address label connected to the TP830 substrate.
