Hardware Configuration

RCU 510 is equipped with a 32-bit CPU running at 400 MHz,ensuring the high-speed processing capability of the device.

In terms of memory,RCU 510 has 32 MB 64-bit,133 MHz SDRAM and ECC,as well as 16 million gray memory,providing ample storage space.

Input and Output Channels

RCU 510 includes 20 AI/AO/DI/DO channels,which support multiple input methods such as current,voltage,PT100 or potentiometer,and output methods of current or voltage(channels 1 to 16 only).

In addition,there are 4 relay output channels and 8 AI/AO channels(±10V),and all input/output channels(except four relays)are loop-monitored to ensure the reliability and security of data transmission.

Communication interface

RCU 510 provides seven universal RS-232/422/485 serial line interfaces,two of which are isolated,which is convenient for communication connection with other devices.

At the same time,RCU 510 also supports a single serial process bus(SPBus)interface,dual CAN bus interface(adapter card required)and dual Profibus interface(adapter card required),as well as dual Ethernet LAN interface(10BASE-T/100BASE-T),meeting the needs of multiple communication protocols and network topologies.
