Product Description
The IS200VTURH2BAC VME turbine card is manufactured by General Electric and used in the Mark VI series turbine control system.
feature
Reliable and efficient performance
Advanced control capabilities
Robust design for harsh environments
The IS200VTURH2BAC GE VME turbine card is a high-quality control card designed specifically for turbine systems. It provides precise control and monitoring functions to ensure optimal performance and safety.
IS200VTURH2BAC is a PCB component manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system.Mark VI is a steam/gas turbine management system created and released by General Electric as part of its”Speedtronic”series. This is one of the last Speedtronic systems released by GE and also one of the most technologically advanced systems.Mark VI includes fully programmable software maintenance tools provided in the system HMI(Human Machine Interface).
As the main protection board of the turbine,IS200VTURH2BAC has multiple functions, including monitoring shaft and voltage current,as well as monitoring Geiger Muller flame detectors(in gas turbine applications). This board monitors the four speed inputs from passive magnetic sensors to maintain these functions.Flame detectors help determine whether carbon deposits or other pollutants will reduce light detection within the system. This PCB can also issue trip commands in turbines without mechanical overspeed bolts.
IS200VTURH2BAC adopts dual width panels. The components of this panel are few,but there are three LED indicator lights and cable connectors. The panel is connected to the edge of the front panel with three screws.
IS200VTURH2BAC has two backplane connectors and other connectors. It has thirteen transistors, inductor coils, resistors, and capacitors on both the front and back. The board includes an auxiliary board connected by four supports, which have an additional backboard. This board has integrated circuits, including SRAM and RAM chips, oscillation chips, and FPGA.
application area
IS200VTURH2BAC GE VME turbine cards are commonly used in power generation, oil and gas, industrial processes, and more.
