Compact design
The IS200TRLYH1BGF GE Simplex circuit breaker is a high-quality circuit protection device designed to ensure the safe operation of electrical systems. It has reliable performance, easy installation, and compact design, suitable for various applications.
The GE Simplex trip board DS200TCTGG1AFF is equipped with 21 plug-in relays. It also has 3 50 pin connectors and 2 12 pin connectors. The IDs assigned to the 50 pin connector are JLY,JLX,and JLZ.The IDs assigned to the 12 pin connector are JN and JM.
The IDs of 21 plug-in relays are prefixed with K and end with a number. The numbers are arranged in order starting from 1.Partial IDs are K1,K5,K10,and K21.Insert the relay into the appropriate position on the circuit board and assist in installing it in place with a metal strap. To remove the relay, remove the metal strip and pull the relay out of the connector. To install the relay, align it with the connector and press it into the connector. Then, clip one end of the metal strip onto the connector, place the metal strip on top of the relay, and clip it onto the other side of the connector.
To replace the relay,it is necessary to remove the GE Simplex trip board DS200TCTGG1AFF from the frequency converter.Communicate with engineers or installers who are familiar with the installation of frequency converters and have extensive experience in connecting power sources to frequency converters.According to the needs, disable the power supply by disconnecting the fuse or other means. Before continuing, please use testing equipment to test the internal current of the drive.Remove the cable from the board and draw a cable location diagram so that the cable can be connected to the correct connector when reinstalling the board.
application area
The IS200TRLYH1BGF GE Simplex trip board is widely used in industrial automation control systems that require quick disconnection of faulty circuits.
