GE Fanuc IC693CPU372 is a TCP/IP Ethernet communication module.Like the CPU374 model,this module is designed for use with series 90-30 systems.The IC693CPU372 Plus can communicate TCP/IP with a range of devices and controllers through its built-in enhanced Ethernet interface.This includes all 90 series,PACSystems,and VersaMax PLCs,as well as hosts running host communication toolkits or CIMPLICITY software.It can also communicate with computers running TCP/IP version programming software.Its Ethernet processor speed is 200 MHz.This Ethernet interface also has SRTP server functionality.This enables it to respond to requests from devices such as PLC programming software,hosts running SRTP applications,or another PLC acting as a client.

The embedded Ethernet interface in this module can be connected to up to three 90-30 series Ethernet modules-all modules can be installed together in the 90-30 series PLC backplane.The CPU372 PLUS has many Ethernet features,making it a flexible and powerful component,such as complete PLC programming and configuration services,and the ability to allow users to remotely monitor and operate the PLC through a web browser.This interface has two shielded twisted pair Ethernet ports that automatically sense 10Base T/100Base TX RJ-45.These allow users to connect to either a 100BaseTX IEEE 802.3 network or a 10BaseT network.Each of the two ports automatically senses speed,duplex mode,and connected cables without user intervention.On the front panel,there is an ON/OFF switch,eight LEDs,Ethernet restart button,two Ethernet port connectors,and a connector for enabling station manager functionality.
