Product Description
The FBM207C RH917GY FOXBORO voltage monitor/contact sensing input module is used to monitor voltage and provide contact sensing input.
feature
Sixteen discrete inputs
Supports discrete input signals at the following voltages:•15 to 60 V DC contact induction•120 V AC/125 V DC voltage monitoring or switch input•240 V AC voltage monitoring and switch input
Each input is current isolated.Group isolated from external excitation
Single or redundant modules
Durable and sturdy design, suitable for use in ClassG3(harsh)environments
Program execution of discrete inputs, ladder logic, pulse counting, and event sequences using configurable input filter time options
Terminal assembly(TA)for connecting field wiring locally or remotely to FBM207
Terminal components of internal and/or external loop power supply equipment for each channel
Various terminal components(TA)have additional signal conditioning hardware that can provide voltage attenuation and optical isolation.
Discrete inputs can be induced at all common voltage levels in industrial facilities.FBM207C uses one of several terminal components to match the voltage level of external power supply. In situations where input is crucial for the factory’s control plan,FBM207C can be installed as a redundant pair with standard control blocks for managing redundancy
The function of the FBM207C RH917GY FOXBORO voltage monitor/contact sensing input module is a 16 channel DC voltage monitor or a 16 channel contact sensor. Each channel receives a 2-wire input from a DC voltage source(FBM207)or a pair of contacts or solid-state switches(FBM207b/FBM207c).The relevant terminal components(TA)support discrete input signals at voltages of 60 V DC,120 V AC/125 V DC,or 240 VAC.For voltages above 60 V DC,TA has additional signal conditioning hardware that can provide voltage attenuation and optical isolation.
application area
The FBM207C RH917GY FOXBORO voltage monitor/contact induction input module is widely used in industrial automation, power systems, electronic equipment, communication equipment, and other systems and equipment that require voltage monitoring and contact induction input.
