The GE distribution board DS200TCPDG2BEC has 8 toggle switches,36 fuses,and 4 signal line terminals.It also has 36 OK LEDs and 1 10-pin connector.The installation instructions provided with the original board at the factory contain information about signal wire terminals.It describes the function of each terminal and the signal wires connected to it.For example,it describes whether the terminal receives signals from another board or sends signals from another board.It also describes what information the signal line connected to it carries.

However,to replace the circuit board,it is not necessary to determine which signal wires are connected to the terminals.What the installation personnel must do is connect the same wires to the same terminals on the replacement board.Firstly,check the signal wire terminals and note that each terminal has an ID associated with it.The IDs are AC1N,AC1H,AC2N,and AC2H.Mark each wire with the ID of the terminal it is connected to.Use labels that are not easily detached from the wires.

The wires are fixed in the terminals with screws.Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and release the signal wire.Perform the same operation on all signal wires connected to the terminal.When preparing to install the signal wire,first loosen the screw and open the terminal.Then,insert the wires and tighten the screws.Gently pull the signal wire to test its firmness.
