II.Functional Features

Redundancy:The 3500/53 module can be used to form a 2-out-of-2 or 3-out-of-2(recommended)voting system to improve the reliability and safety of the system.

Sensor compatibility:The module can accept signals from a variety of sensors,including eddy current sensors and magnetic sensors.Applicable to Bently Nevada 3300 8mm eddy current sensor,3300 16mm high temperature eddy current sensor(HTPS),7200 5mm,8mm,11mm and 14mm eddy current sensor,3300 RAM eddy current sensor,etc.

Signal range:Each overspeed detection module can accept input signals from+10.0V to-24.0V,and signals outside this range are limited within the module.

Alarm function:The module provides four fast response alarm relay outputs for machine protection.When the machine speed exceeds the preset alarm setting point,the module will drive the alarm.

Status indication:The front panel is equipped with LED indicators to indicate the working status,communication status,bypass status and alarm status of the module.
