BENTLY 3500/15 is an AC/DC power module developed by Bently Nevada.The following is a detailed introduction to the module:

1.Basic properties

Type:High voltage AC/DC power module

Design:Half-height module,must be installed in the designated slot on the left side of the rack

Purpose:Used as the power module of Bently Nevada’s machinery condition monitoring system

Input voltage:

AC input:Accepts a wide range of inputs,usually nominally 110 to 220 Vac(RMS value is 85 to 264 Vac)

DC input:Applicable to the range of 20 to 30 Vdc

Output voltage:Can convert the input AC or DC voltage to the acceptable DC voltage required by the 3500 series module

III.Installation and Configuration

Rack compatibility:The 3500 rack can accommodate one or two power supplies in any combination of AC and DC

Slot location:When two power supplies are installed in the rack,one of the bottom slots is used as the primary power supply,and one of the higher slots is used as the backup power supply

Redundant design:As long as the second power supply is installed,removing or inserting either power module will not affect the operation of the rack

IV.Functions and Features

Compatibility:It should be noted that the Legacy 3500 AC power supply,high-voltage AC PIM and low-voltage AC PIM are not compatible with universal AC power supplies and PIMs;similarly,the Legacy 3500 high-voltage and low-voltage DC power supplies and PIMs cannot be mixed with the corresponding universal versions

Application areas:In addition to being used as a power module for Bently Nevada’s mechanical condition monitoring system,it is also suitable for other industrial applications that require high-voltage power supplies
