Thermal overload protection:protects the motor from short-term and long-term overload.The maximum allowable continuous load depends on the setting value,which is usually taken as the rated full load current(FLC)of the motor at an ambient temperature of 40°C.When the motor current increases to a certain value(such as 1.05 times FLC),the thermal overload unit will start and act after a certain delay.

Short-term overload protection:mainly occurs during the starting process of the motor,allowing the motor to start twice under cold conditions and once under hot conditions.According to the starting time of the motor,the setting value that determines the characteristics of the thermal overload unit can be obtained.

Thermal overload pre-alarm:A warning is issued when the motor is just overloaded,reminding the operator to reduce the load of the motor and avoid unnecessary thermal overload tripping.The pre-alarm signal setting value can be set individually as a percentage of the thermal overload trip value.

High-set overcurrent protection(current quick break):Used to protect short circuits between motor windings and phase-to-phase short circuits of feeder cables.Its current setting value can be set to automatically double during startup,usually as low as 0.75 times the motor starting current.

Non-directional ground fault protection:In a system with direct neutral grounding or low impedance grounding,ground faults in motor and feeder circuits can be detected.

Reverse phase protection:When the phase sequence is wrong,the unit will operate with a fixed delay(such as 600ms).
