1336-BDB-SP39D A-B gate drive PC board is a high-performance and highly stable drive PC board that can provide stable and reliable power supply to meet the needs of various electronic devices

Allen Bradley 1336-BDB-SP39D is a gate drive PC board manufactured by Rockwell Automation, also known as the 74101-169-82 component. This specific PC board has a 460V AC input voltage and a 250 HP rating. It can be used with 1336 drives with E-frame size and 250 HP output.Only one 1336-BDB-SP39D PC board kit can be installed on each 1336 drive. The 1336 series has five common types of drives, namely FORCE,PLUS,PLUS II,CLASSIC,and IMPACT drives. These drives are compatible with AC drives with a rated power range of 3 to 800 HP,where PLUS,PLUS II,and CLASSIC drives are used for applications that require general performance, while IMPACT and FORCE drives are used for high-performance operations. These drives(including the 1336-BDB-SP39D PC board)have typical NEMA 1,4,and 12 enclosure protection levels. To protect the driver,it is equipped with various safety functions, such as undervoltage and overvoltage, output short circuit, output ground fault, and motor overload. They are also equipped with a hardware enable function on driver terminal 30,which is a non programmable input.Opening this input will cause the 1336-BDB-SP39D driver to interrupt and perform an inertial stop instead of following the selected stop mode. They also have UL panel recognition and various communication ports, such as enhanced DeviceNet ports,DeviceNet ports,RS232/422/485 ports, analog I/O,and single point RIO.The Human Machine Interface Module(HIM)available for the 1336 driver includes analog, digital, programmer, and blank HIM.And motor overload. They are also equipped with a hardware enable function on driver terminal 30,which is a non programmable input.Opening this input will cause the 1336-BDB-SP39D driver to interrupt and perform an inertial stop instead of following the selected stop mode. They also have UL panel recognition and various communication ports, such as enhanced DeviceNet ports,DeviceNet ports,RS232/422/485 ports, analog I/O,and single point RIO.The Human Machine Interface Module(HIM)available for the 1336 driver includes analog, digital, programmer, and blank HIM.They also have UL panel recognition and various communication ports, such as enhanced DeviceNet ports,DeviceNet ports,RS232/422/485 ports, analog I/O,and single point RIO.The Human Machine Interface Module(HIM)available for the 1336 driver includes analog, digital, programmer, and blank HIM.They also have UL panel recognition and various communication ports, such as enhanced DeviceNet ports,DeviceNet ports,RS232/422/485 ports, analog I/O,and single point RIO.The Human Machine Interface Module(HIM)available for the 1336 driver includes analog, digital, programmer, and blank HIM.

1336-BDB-SP39D is an Allen Bradley component primarily known as the PCD door driver board. This is the primary assembly component used to provide power to the drive’s motherboard and isolation board.

The electronic component also provides driver termination through terminal block TB1.This terminal block accepts 460VAC power input and is then internally distributed through a slotted connection designed for ribbon and jumper cables using a PCB driver. These cables establish end-to-end connections with other electronic boards, including motherboards, isolation boards, and even insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)circuits.

At 460VAC input, the PCD driver can provide an output power of 250HP through an output connection. The compatible drives for using this electronic component include 1336 Plus,Plus II,Force, and Impact adjustable frequency AC drives. These components belong to the 250HP output category and are installed on the E-drive.E-type frequency converters refer to a series of adjustable frequency AC frequency converters with universal size and weight. This grouping helps to more easily define the physical properties and output characteristics of the drive.

Only one(1)1336-BDB-SP39D is used per drive.According to design and principles,it is not possible to use two(2)or more at the same time. The drive is located between the drive chassis and the main control board. It is separated by a dedicated mounting plate, which also allows the component to be removed as a whole by removing the mounting plate from its mounting point.

application area

1336-BDB-SP39D A-B gate drive PC boards are widely used in various electronic equipment fields that require drive and control, such as industrial automation, medical equipment, communication equipment, etc
