Working principle of PTR225
Penning gauge is a cold cathode discharge tube.Under the action of a high-frequency electric field,gas molecules are ionized to produce ions.By measuring the ion current,the gas pressure in the vacuum chamber can be calculated.PTR225 uses this principle to achieve accurate measurement of low pressure ranges.
