Genius network interface:This module is a Genius network interface unit that allows VersaMax I/O modules to be installed in a distributed I/O architecture.

Module capacity:Designed to carry up to 8 I/O modules per rack and support up to 8 racks,that is,up to 64 I/O modules.

Transmission speed:Supports 153.6kbaud transmission speed for extended network configuration,standard configuration is 153.6kbaud,76.8Kbaud and 38.4Kbaud.

I/O point capacity:Can accommodate a large number of I/O points,specifically,discrete input can accommodate up to 1024 points,discrete output is also 1024 points;analog input memory and analog output memory are 128 bytes each.

Compatibility:Compatible with a wide range of controller systems,as both previous and modern controller platforms support the Genius protocol.Compatible control systems include the 90-70 Series and PACSystem RX7i and PACSystem RX3i.The appropriate firmware version must be loaded to the controller and the IC200GBI001 Genius network interface module.

Connection Terminals:Equipped with dual Genius connection terminals,the upper terminal is used as the main Genius connection point,while the lower terminal is used as a redundant port.These ports are designed for daisy chain topology connection,with a terminal resistor installed at both ends of the communication cable(appropriate resistance value is 75,100,120 or 150 ohms).
