1.Product Overview

The BENTLY 3500/33 16-channel relay module is a full-height module with 16 independent relay outputs.The module can be placed in any slot to the right of the transient data interface(TDI)module to implement various complex control logic and alarm functions.

2.Main Features

Independent Programming:

Each relay output can be independently programmed to perform specific voting logic.

The alarm drive logic also supports AND and OR logic,and can be programmed using alarm inputs(alarm and dangerous status),uncertain status,and a single measured variable from any monitoring channel or any combination of monitoring channels on the rack.

Alarm Function:

Each relay in the module contains alarm drive logic that can trigger an alarm when specific conditions are met.

The LED indicator on the front panel can display the module’s operating status,send/receive status,and alarm status.

Communication and Integration:

The module can communicate with other modules in the 3500 rack to share and exchange data.

Supports multiple communication protocols and interfaces for remote monitoring and data transmission.

Compatibility:

Requires 3500 Rack Config 3.3 or higher rack configuration software.

Requires 3500 Data Acquisition Software 2.40 or higher.

Requires 3500 Data Display Software 1.40 or higher.

If ordered with the Multi-Certification Option(02),the module will be certified to Zone 2 standards,including ATEX and North American certifications.However,please note that modules with the Multi-Certification Option have voltage restrictions.

For functional safety(SIL)systems,the module also supports the corresponding voltage restrictions and certification requirements.
