By connecting other sensors(such as top and bottom tank oil temperature,transformer load or ambient temperature),more information can be captured for more in-depth analysis.

Real-time Alarm:

When abnormal levels of fault gas or moisture are monitored,the device will sound an alarm.

Two alarm levels(such as”Alarm”and”Alarm”)can be set to show increasing severity.

Data Analysis:

Record and analyze transformer operating data to help users understand the health of the transformer.

Provide a transformer mathematical model based on IEEE standards to convert the received data into useful real-time information.

III.Technical specifications(partial)

Supported gas sensor types:traditional”composite gas”or more basic”hydrogen only”sensors.

Humidity sensors are used to measure moisture in the oil.

A mathematical model of mineral oil transformers based on IEEE standards is provided.

Possible model output examples include estimated winding hot spot temperature,humidity in paper,moisture bubbling temperature,insulation aging,overload capacity,cooling efficiency,and OLTC temperature difference.
