High quality structure
1336-SN-SP10A A-B PCB board is a reliable and efficient circuit board designed for electronic devices.
1336-SN-SP10A is used for Allen Bradley’s 1336 frequency adjustable AC frequency converter. It is particularly compatible with 1336 Plus,Plus II,Impact, and Force drives. This product is a spare part for level 2 assembly components. Each drive uses three(3)buffer kits.
This buffer printed circuit board(PCB)is used for E-type drivers or drivers with output powers of 150,200,250,and X300HP.The buffer board is installed inside the drive mainframe,on one side of the bridge heat sink in the converter bay.
When replacing this board, the power to the drive must be disconnected and it is best to lock it to prevent access.Even if the drive is powered off,do not immediately touch these components,as the drive has capacitors for short-term voltage storage. Before continuing, measure the+DC and-DC on the TB1 terminal block, which is located in the inverter bracket of the frequency converter. In addition, please comply with electrostatic discharge prevention measures to prevent damage to other solid-state devices.
To uninstall the buffer board, remove the leads that terminate in the+06 and-16 plug-in connections.Mark these wires correctly based on the terminals they come from.Remove the leads at terminals 81,82,and 83 simultaneously.Mark the wires accordingly.Remove the drive from the four(4)plastic brackets. When installing a new board, align the board according to the four(4)bracket holes and terminate the labeled leads to the appropriate spike connection.
application area
1336-SN-SP10A A-B PCB boards are commonly used in the electronics industry, consumer electronics, industrial automation, and more.
