The 3500/70M reciprocating pulse velocity monitor is a 4-channel device used as part of the reciprocating compressor solution package to monitor compressor crankcase and crosshead vibration.The monitor receives input from the seismic transmitter,adjusts the signal to obtain vibration measurement values,and compares the adjusted signal with user programmable alarms.
You can use 3500 rack configuration software to program each channel to perform the following functions:
Pulse acceleration
L acceleration 2l reciprocating speed
Low frequency reciprocating speed
The monitor channels are programmed in pairs and can perform up to two of the above functions at a time.For example,channels 1 and 2 can perform one function,while channels 3 and 4 perform another or the same function
