GE Fanuc/Emerson Automation IC695CRU320 is a PACSystem RX3i redundant processor.This module occupies two(2)slots,Celeron M,with a processor speed of 1GHz.The switching time of this processor is up to 1 logical scan,with a minimum of 3.133 milliseconds.It supports up to 64 MB of battery powered RAM and 64 MB of non volatile flash user memory.Has two(2)serial communication ports that support RS232 and RS485 communication standards.

IC695CRU320 is a redundant processor in the PACSystems RX3i product series.This processor is manufactured by GE Fanuc/Emerson Automation and belongs to the Programmable Automation Controller(PAC).
IC695CRU320 is particularly suitable for redundant or hot standby configurations.Through this controller configuration,availability is significantly improved.Two(2)controller racks,with configuration functions similar to the main(active)rack and auxiliary(backup)rack.When a single rack fails(mainly due to errors detected by IC695CRU320 or errors in the IC695CRU320 processor itself),the active controller task will automatically transfer to the auxiliary controller(backup).The auxiliary rack becomes the main rack,and the faulty rack is transferred to the auxiliary rack.In addition,manual switching can also be performed.
Controller switching can be performed up to one logical scan,with a minimum switching time of 3.133 milliseconds.It supports up to IC695RMX128/228 synchronous links and can transmit up to 2MB of data.This controller is equipped with a Celeron M processor with 1GHz processing speed and 64MB user memory,making it highly suitable for large-scale complex applications with higher levels of criticality.In addition,the processor can store up to 512 program blocks,each block size can reach 128 KB.
The IC695CRU320 processor is installed on the RX3i backplane and directly connected to the Peripheral Component Interconnect(PCI)slot.The connection between other modules and the bus is also through PCI version 2.2 or higher.This PCI slot enables fast data transmission and sharing within the backplane.IC695CRU320 also supports a series of 90-30 I/O modules for staged migration.
The current requirement for the GE Fanuc IC695CRU320 CPU is 1 ampere at 3.3 volts DC and 1.2 ampere at 5 volts DC.There are two integrated serial ports on the module,each supporting RS-232 and RS-485 communication.Up to 512 program blocks can be configured,with each block supporting a maximum size of 128 KB.The rated durability of flash memory is at least 100000 write/erase cycles.The minimum switching time is 3.133 milliseconds,with a maximum of 1 logical scan.The maximum amount of data that can be transferred at once is 2 MB.The IC695CRU320 CPU supports up to two IC695RMX128/228 synchronous links for redundancy.The programming of the IC695CRU320 CPU can be completed using ladder diagram,C,and functional block diagram languages.
