This component replaces the existing main control board of the 1336 Plus drive,as the 1366 Plus drive was delivered with MCB installed.The main function of this board is to connect control and signal wiring through the TB2 terminal located at the bottom of the board.
The main control board connection includes interfaces such as potentiometer input terminals,analog inputs 0-10VDC and 4-20mA,pulse inputs,A-type contact outputs(such as CR1 and CR2),and C-type contacts(such as CR3 and CR4 relays).This control board hosts TE terminals for true grounding shielding termination.The control board has an integrated analog-to-digital converter for analog input,with a resolution of 10 bits.The analog output has a 12 bit analog-to-digital converter.
The main control board is also equipped with pre installed jumper terminals for installing additional components such as control interface boards,communication adapters,and embedded human-machine interface modules.The main control board parameters also have diagnostic functions.
