1.Product Overview
ABB AO2000-LS25 laser analyzer uses the most advanced electronic and laser technology and is an optical instrument based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS).It is mainly used for continuous on-site monitoring of gases in chimneys,pipelines,process rooms or similar places,and can measure the concentration of free molecules in specific gases.
2.Technical principles and features
Measurement principle:
The analyzer adopts the principle of infrared single-line absorption spectroscopy,that is,each gas has a different absorption line at a specific wavelength.The selected absorption line of the gas to be measured is scanned by the laser wavelength,and the change of light intensity with the laser wavelength is detected to measure the gas concentration.
In order to improve the sensitivity,wavelength modulation technology is used.The laser wavelength is slightly modulated when scanning the absorption line,and the detector signal is spectrally decomposed into harmonic frequency components of the laser modulation frequency,and the second harmonic is used to measure the concentration of the absorbing gas.
Instrument composition:
The analyzer consists of three independent units:a transmitter unit with purification function,a receiver unit with purification function,and a power supply unit.The transmitter unit includes a laser module,a temperature-stabilized diode laser,a collimating optical lens group,and main electronic equipment;the receiver unit contains a focusing lens,a photodetector,and receiver electronics.
Environmental adaptability:
The environmental protection level of both the transmitter and the receiver is IP66,and the standard optical window can withstand a pressure of up to 5 bar(absolute pressure).This enables the analyzer to operate stably in harsh industrial environments.
Communication and display:
The analyzer is equipped with a display screen(LCD)that continuously displays gas concentration,laser beam transmission,and instrument status.At the same time,an RS-232 port is provided for direct serial communication with a PC,and an optional Ethernet board provides TCP/IP communication via a local area network(LAN).
